As Ejun only takes in 3 students (per class), there is ample time for him to guide and give relevant tips on how to improve. Not only does he have the experience, but also a strong command of language to concisely tell you what needs to be done to improve your shoot (and instructions to the model on how to pose). Students also have the opportunity of viewing fellow mentees when they take their shots, and this tremendously enhances the learning process. The biggest take-away I had from the programme is the usefulness of a structured routine in the beginning of a shoot and have already been applying it in my own shoots (with positive results).
